2.Free finger ring change
Silver Plume offers a lifetime free resizing service for custom-made rings, with the resized ring size being within +2 sizes. *Note: For extremely unique styles that cannot be resized, please contact us at yuanlijun@szyukun.work for further discussion.
3. Free refurbishment
Silver Plume offers a lifetime free refurbishment service for custom products (i.e., re-polishing the surface of jewelry).
*Note: As polishing may result in a slight loss of weight, customers need to be informed and agree before the refurbishment operation can proceed.
4. Free Gemstone Reinforcement Service
Silver Plume offers a lifetime free reinforcement service for custom inlaid products, ensuring the security of the set gemstones.
5.Gemstone Replacement Service for Stone Loss
In the event that a gemstone is accidentally dislodged from a setting sold by Silver Plume, Silver Plume can provide a gemstone replacement service at the following rates:
1) For gemstones of 2 ct or less, replacement is free of charge;
2) For gemstones over 2 ct, the cost of replacing the gemstones will be charged.
6.Diamond Jewelry Trade-In Service
Silver Plume offers the following trade-in services for customized products.
① Raw/finished diamond jewelry.
a. If the actual selling price of the old product is $10,000 or below: the price of the new product must be 100% higher than the actual selling price of the old product in order to be eligible for trade-in: 90% of the original price will be deducted.
b. Old products sold for more than 10,000 U.S. dollars: new purchases of products need to be higher than 50% of the actual price of the old products to enjoy the old day for the new: 90% of the original price credit
2 ring: the new ring price = the old ring offset amount + supplemental difference: the new ring price is higher than the old ring offset amount
To be eligible for this trade-in.
*Note: The following conditions must be met in order to trade-in an old product.
A. The product has not been processed by a third party other than Silver Plume (e.g., changing the hand size, inlay, stone replacement, soldering, etc.).
B. In addition to the normal wear and tear of the product, there can be no diamond breakage, loss, abnormal wear and tear, deformation, part of the loss, etc.; C. The customer must provide the original diamonds.
C. Customers need to provide the original product certificate.
D. Customers are required to provide the original purchase order number or personal information for inquiry.
E. Return shipping cost will be borne by you.
